All serves purchased will be attempted up to three times and at different times. Our servers will take pictures and notes for all attempts. If the serve is not successful, a partial refund will be returned to the customer minus the standard attempt server fee of $25. If for any reason the purchasing customer feels or knows that the serve can or will be confrontational or dangerous, please consider hiring your county sheriff's office to attempt the serve. I count on my servers as much as they count on me and safety is our number one priority.
